Ranch in Saugerties/Woodstock

We have a new Ranch house going up in between Woodstock and Saugerties, a location that has proved to be very popular.

This 2000 sq ft 3 bed, 3 bath home lives well with open spaces, big bedrooms and a flow that will keep the family both connected and out of each others hair.

Looks good in the afternoon sun.

And then our 1300 sq ft Ranch over in Narrowsburg that quickly went into contract.    Fun house on a great piece of land.

Then a Farmhouse in Saugerties.  2400 sq ft with lots of porch.

I try to hike when I'm out and about in the Catskills.  This 5 mile hike to Overlook Mtn outside of Woodstock is pretty fantastic.

Then they have this old fire tire as well - the type of rickety old thing you would have thought would have been closed off to the public years ago.
