Nearly Christmas

Here's the home we are building in Livingston Manor, near the Beaverkill Valley.  Amazing spot of the Catskills.  Just starting the sheetrock phase.

Our spec house in Accord NY is coming along, with the countertop going in today.

My attorney, Bill Onofry, working hard on the behalf of our endless tasks.

Seems like we have an entire filing cabinet at Mr Onofry's office, which I thought was impressive.

We get some gifts at Christmas, and this box of steaks was high on the list this year.  From Mike at ProBuild.

We nearly made it another year.  That would 15 of them, remarkably enough.
