This 2400 sq ft 3 bedroom 2.5 bath barn on 4.5 acres is 10 minutes to Woodstock, 10 minutes to Saugerties, 10 minutes to Kingston, 30 minutes from skiing at Hunter and Windham.

It has a 1000 sq ft finished basement as well.

We designed this home a few years ago and never got around to building it.  Never found the land that paired with it just right until Brad, Nicole and their 2 kids came around.

It's an open floor plan, with communal living spaces that flow into each other without effort.
