Pics of Homes on a Saturday Morning

Here's old Farm 28 in Narrowsburg on 17 acres with some views.  Just sold yesterday.  1750 sq ft 3 beds and 2 baths.

Here's the Shokan Farmhouse, just outside of Woodstock NY.  3200 sq ft, 3 beds and 3.5 baths.

Farm 30, inspired by farm 28, inspired by Cottage 36, 40, 44.  This 3 bed, 2 bath plus finished basement in Olivebridge NY has it all, including mountain views.

Farm 31 in Kerhonkson NY is heading towards a deal now that it's easy to see how great it's going to be.  3 beds, 2 baths.  7 acres.

Farmhouse 33 in Rhinebeck NY is off to a fast start.  Hit rock, but we know what to do about that.

Cottage 47 over in Olivebridge is looking good.  This cottage is for sale.  Stone walls, mountain views, little stream.  Under $400k.

Farm 32 in Kerhonkson is moving right along.  This 1550 sq ft 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home has absolute privacy.

I drag Lucas all around to job sites and sales meetings and scouting new land.  Guess he needed a pick-me-up power nap.

"One day our homes will be smart, but we have a long way to go. Here’s how we’ll get there."

by Stacey Higginbotham. The tech world is excited about the smart home, but for most consumers, the idea of paying more for a connected device that doesn’t offer much new functionality and opens them up to risks is a tough sell.

Andrea N. Browne writes about three tiny homes in Kiplinger Magazine. What these small houses lack in square footage they make up for in clever design and savings.
