Ulster County NY Real Estate
We started with Sullivan County Real Estate, and after 7 or 8 years we dipped our toe into Ulster County Real Estate, and have never really looked back. If we build 16 homes a year, probably 6 are in Sullivan County, 8 are in Ulster County and then 1-3 in Dutchess County or even Columbia County.
Real estate in the Catskills is diverse and we spend a lot of time scouting and analyzing land for purchase - counter-intuitively, with all the trees and lack of density, it's still sort of hard to find good land that affordably accommodates a cute little (or not so little) home.

The Shack, Narrowsburg NY, in the News
Our friend Bridie who bought our littlest house we ever built - though we do have a few planned - got herself featured in a fun article in Curbed. Note she swears she is wearing shorts, not a skirt.
It's a good little story about a good little house in a good little town. If you could add up some way all the benefits these SuCo towns get from our marketing and building efforts, the results would probably be eye-popping.

Ranch 16 - Lake Front in Barryville NY- SOLD
This Lake Front Ranch in Barryville NY is one of our few homes directly in a lake - a deep water, mountain fed lake at that.
Since Jim and Doug helped us tweak this Ranch, it has become one of our favorites, or should I say, one of our clients favorites.

We build these big wide bleacher stairs facing the lake.

And the rest sort of speaks for itself.

There you have it - another one dreamed up built and sold.
