Farm 32, Kerhonkson NY (Ulster County) SOLD

I bought 130 acres up on the Olivebridge, Kerhonkson border last year and now house by house we are building it out.

Here's a 1550 sq ft beauty on 5 acres with 3 beds and 1.5 baths.

The stained wood gives it a soft cabin feel.  Super open floor plan.

Classic kitchen.

That's my son, just graduated to missing 2 front teeth and from toddler shoe size to Size 1, which we inaugerated by purchasing a pair of skechers from times square store.

Ocean Blue bath with duel sinks and lots of light.

Good angles all around in the upstairs foyer.

Dining room.

Open treads, seen from dining room out the front cross buck 4 light door.

Good stuff for sure.

Electrical Charges at the Shop

We went solar last year, and here's a bill that helps us see the proof in the pudding.  3 buildings, 12 employees, 8 computers, lots of lights, Air conditioning, etc... and a bill of Zero.

Well, to be exact, .86 cents.
